The lab is developing molecular imaging technologies for many features in metabolic disease/ oncology:


The lab can provide training in several aspects of radiopharmaceutical development, including:

  • Radiochemistry (Gallium-68, Fluorine-18, Carbon-11 etc.)
  • In vitro evaluation (autoradiography, cell studies, tissue homogenates)
  • In vivo evaluation (biodistribution, imaging, ex vivo autoradiography)
  • Preclinical models (small- and large animal models, metabolic disease, xenografts)
  • Hybrid imaging modalities (PET, SPECT, MRI, CT)
  • Image analysis (Segmentation, modeling, dosimetry)
  • Clinical imaging studies (Application procedures, study setup, analysis and reporting)
