Information from the Heads of the departments
To all employees at the Faculty of pharmacy
- The Faculty of Pharmacy will be reorganized starting on 1 September 2020. Necessary agreements between departments for the research groups and GU subjects that change departments are now ready. Work on the reorganization will take place during the autumn of 2020 and will be completed on 31 December 2020. Below is a brief description of what this means for the employees at the faculty. Any inaccuracies/ambiguities in the posted agreements will be handled via an errata list added to the agreements.
- On 1 September 2020, the employees who are part of a research group that changes department will have a new head of department that will take over the responsibility for the employees (including premises responsibility and for equipment). A list of staff who changes departments will be submitted to the respective department's HR coordinator. Administrative staff do not change institutions.
- The moving research group's staff and equipment will remain in the premises that they are located in today except for changing break rooms. The prefects at IFF and IFB will appoint a working group that handles the break rooms in A3: 3 and D3: 4.
- The staff of the moving research groups will receives a new primary AKKA address (email address) and retains the old email address for 2 years.
- The employee's duties are the same as they were before 1 September 2020, but can be changed if both heads of department agree (during the period 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2020).
- Revenues and expenses connected to research during the period 1 September 2020 to 31 December 2020 will be handled by the institution that the employee leaves.
- Revenues and expenses connected to teaching (GU) during the period 1 September 2020 to 17 January 2021 will be handled by the institution that the employee leaves. A list of courses that change department will be submitted to the respective department's course office.
Best Wishes
