Course administration
You are always welcome to contact our course administrators for matters regarding our department's courses within programmes for pharmacists, prescriptionists and civil engineers, in biomedicine or our freestanding courses.
Student life
As a student at Uppsala University, you have access to 13 student nations and six student unions. One of them is the Pharmaceutical Student Union, Farmis, which since 1896 has made student life as enjoyable and inspiring as possible while safeguarding the interests of our students. After graduation, many of our former students join the Alumni Association Farmis.

Pharmaceutical Student Union
The Pharmaceutical Student Union, Farmis, gathers pharmacy students at Uppsala University. Here, the Student Council works on education and student social issues, and the International Committee enable members to participate in congresses and build networks all over the world. Farmis also arranges Pharmada, the labor market day where many pharmacy students meet their future employers.
Alumni Association Farmis
The Alumni Association Farmis welcomes all employees, former employees, students and former students with degrees from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Uppsala University – or formerly the Pharmaceutical Institute, Stockholm.
